Processing & Tracking
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or commercial orders may take longer due to special handling.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may take a few hours to update. You can also log in anytime with your email to check your order status.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Wallpaper ships via UPS® Ground
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping
- Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air® at checkout
- Note: Expedited shipping shortens transit time only, not processing time
Sample Orders
- Samples ship via USPS Mail
- Estimated delivery: 4–14 business days
- Tracking may not be available depending on the vendor

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on most orders. (Excludes wallpaper sold by the yard.)
Weekends & Holidays
Orders placed after Friday's cutoff, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day. On a tight deadline? Reach out about rush options.
Issues With Your Order?
Lost or Damaged Packages
Use the "Report Issue" button on our contact form. Include your order number, description, and photos if available. We'll investigate and send a replacement if eligible.
Wrong Address?
- If you entered the wrong address, we can't reship for free — but we're happy to help place a new order.
- If the carrier made an error, we'll work with them to resolve it.
Important: If you're using Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal, double check your shipping address - these may autofill old or default info.

Change Delivery with UPS
Stolen Packages
Once marked "delivered", the package becomes the recipient's responsibility. We can't refund or replace stolen packages, but we're happy to help you reorder. You may also file a claim with the carrier or your home/renter's insurance.
