When will my order ship?
- Most wallpaper rolls ship within 1 to 3 business days.
- Most samples ship same business day.
- Custom, commercial, or special-order items may take longer.
How long does delivery take?
- Wallpaper rolls usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
- Samples usually arrive in 3 to 6 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer free ground shipping on all wallpaper roll orders.
- Wallpaper sold by the yard is excluded due to size and weight.
- Free shipping on sample orders when you order 2 or more.
What shipping methods do you use?
- Wallpaper roll orders ship by UPS Ground.
- Express UPS 2nd Day Air is available at checkout.
- Samples ship UPS Ground Saver / USPS.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships, we'll email tracking information.
- Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear.
- You can also log in with your email anytime to check your order status.
What if there's a shipping issue?
- If your order arrives damaged, seems delayed, or something isn't right, contact us and include your order number plus photos if available.
- If you entered the wrong shipping address, you may be able to reroute it here: Change Delivery with UPS
- Once marked delivered, packages are the recipient's responsibility and cannot be refunded or replaced.
