Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from US Wall Decor. We accept most returns for unopened and unused products still in the original packaging. Some exclusions apply, see below.
Samples, Samples, Samples!
If you are unsure about a color or style, we recommend ordering samples for any wallpaper or rug before placing your full purchase. This will save you time and money!
💡 Pro tip: leave the sample on your wall for a week or two to ensure stick-ability.
Wallpaper
- 30 days from order delivery date.
- All wallpaper rolls are final sale after 30 days.
- 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted
- Wallpaper must be unopened and in its original cellophane.
- Certain wallpaper designer brands are final sale and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. Final sale brands include: Cole & Son, Scalamandre, Brunschwig & Fils, Clarke & Clarke, GP&J Baker, Lee Jofa, Mayflower.
- All wallpaper is final sale once opened or hung. If you received a damaged roll from the manufacturer, we will gladly replace it. Everyone's walls are different. For example, paint, primers, textures, install techniques, and environment can play a big part in wallpapering. We do not guarantee wallpaper will adhere to your walls or ceiling.
- Wallpaper is produced in batches with a run number. Try to order all your rolls from the same batch to ensure color matching. If you run short and the next batch does not match what you previously ordered, we cannot refund or accept returns/exchanges for the previous rolls unless they are unopened.
- Commercial wallpaper sold by the yard is custom cut to fulfill your order and therefore final sale and non-returnable.
- Commercial wallpaper in production with lead times cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Discontinued and limited stock items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Wallpaper paste and accessories are final sale and non-returnable.
- Samples are final sale and non-returnable.
Rugs
- 15 days from order delivery date.
- 20% restocking fee unless otherwise noted
- Rugs must be unused and put back in its original packaging.
- Samples are final sale and non-returnable.
- All rug sales final after 15 days.
Pillows
- Pillows are final sale and non-returnable.

- Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
- Once an order is in processing or has shipped, we cannot cancel or edit the order.
- US Wall Decor is not responsible for losses or damages due to inexperienced installers and improper installation. Be sure to follow all instructions to prep your walls and we always recommend hiring a professional installer to ensure a smooth wallpapering experience.
- Report all damaged or flawed items within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- We cannot issue refunds for delivery refusals and order disputes. Please contact us first to help resolve your issue.
- US Wall Decor reserves the right to refuse opened or used merchandise.
How to Start a Return Request
Step 1. Go to our contact page and select "Return / Exchange" from the subject line.
Step 2. If approved, we'll email you return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
Step 3. Ship your items. We do not offer prepaid return labels, you can choose the shipping service that is most affordable or convenient for you.
Step 4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be delivered and processed. Your refund may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on your credit card provider.
