At US Wall Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on most unopened and unused items in their original packaging, with some exclusions detailed below.

Ordering a sample before committing to full rolls can save time, money, and frustration, helping ensure you'll be delighted with your final choice.

💡 Pro Tip: Leave peel-and-stick sample on your wall for a week or two to test its adherence.


Wallpaper Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the order delivery date.
  • Final Sale After 30 Days: All wallpaper rolls are final sale after 30 days from delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies unless otherwise noted.
  • Condition: Wallpaper must be unopened and in its original cellophane packaging. No exceptions.
  • Non-Returnable Designer Brands: Certain wallpaper brands are final sale and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. Final sale brands include: Cole & Son, Brunschwig & Fils, Clarke & Clarke, GP&J Baker, Lee Jofa, Scalamandre, and Mayflower.
  • Final Sale on Opened Wallpaper: All wallpaper is considered final sale once it has been opened or hung. If you receive a damaged roll from the manufacturer, we will replace it.
  • Adhesion Disclaimer: Wallpaper adhesion may vary depending on your wall's paint, primer, texture, installation technique, and environment. We do not guarantee adhesion to any specific surface.
  • Batch Matching: Wallpaper is produced in batches with unique run numbers. To ensure color matching, please order all rolls in a single batch. If you need additional rolls and the next batch does not match, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on previously purchased rolls unless they are unopened.
  • Commercial Wallpaper: Wallpaper sold by the yard is custom cut to fulfill your order and is therefore final sale and non-returnable. No exceptions.
  • Lead Times and Custom Orders: Commercial wallpaper in production with noted lead times cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Final Sale Items: Retired patterns and limited stock items are final sale and non-returnable. No exceptions.
  • Non-Returnable Accessories: Wallpaper paste and accessories are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Samples: All samples are final sale and non-returnable.

Rug Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the order delivery date.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies unless otherwise noted.
  • Condition: Rugs must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Samples: All rug samples are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Final Sale After 15 Days: All rug sales are final after 15 days from delivery.

Pillow Return Policy

  • Final Sale: All pillow sales are final and non-returnable.

Trade Account Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales made through trade accounts are final and non-refundable. Due to the exclusive discounts and bulk pricing offered to trade customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team prior to ordering.

Additional Information

  • Return Authorization: Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.
  • Installation Responsibility: US Wall Decor is not responsible for losses or damages caused by inexperienced installers or improper installation. Please follow all provided instructions to prepare your walls, and we recommend hiring a professional installer for best results.
  • Damaged or Flawed Items: Report all damaged or flawed items within 24-48 hours of delivery. Photos required.
  • Delivery Refusals and Disputes: Refunds cannot be issued for delivery refusals or order disputes. Please contact us first to help resolve any issues.
  • Condition of Returned Items: US Wall Decor reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that has been opened or used.
  • Trade Account Sales: All trade account sales are final and non-refundable due to the exclusive discounts provided. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

How to Start a Return Request

  • Go to our contact page and select "Return / Exchange" from the subject line.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be delivered and processed. Your refund may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on your credit card provider.
