We want you to feel confident ordering from US Wall Decor. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

  • 30-day returns on unopened wallpaper (unless marked final sale)
  • 15% restocking fee deducted from return
  • No restocking fee for store credit

🎨 SAMPLES: Screen colors vary by monitor and lighting conditions. We strongly recommend ordering a sample to see color and texture in your space before purchasing full rolls.

🛑 RUN NUMBERS: Future rolls may not match. Please consider keeping extra rolls on hand.


Wallpaper Returns

Wallpaper can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following:

  • Rolls must be unopened and in original sealed packaging
  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back
  • Opened or installed wallpaper is final sale (no exceptions)

💡 TIP: To ensure matching color and dye lot, order all rolls for your project at the same time.


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Limited stock or discontinued patterns
  • Designer brands (see product page for details)
  • 54 inch wallpaper sold by the yard
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Samples, paste, and accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with shipping damage or incorrect items:

  • Contact us ASAP
  • Manufacturer defect - let us know before installation
  • Please include photos so we can resolve issues quickly

Trade Account Orders

Trade orders are eligible to return for store credit only.

  • Wallpaper must be unopened and returned within 30 days
  • 54 inch wallpaper sold by the yard is final sale

Due to exclusive trade pricing, refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

  • Many customers keep extra rolls for peace of mind or future repairs

  • If an order is refused at delivery or returned to sender, return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply
