Shipping and Returns

We try and get your order to you as fast as possible! A typical order can take 3-7 business days to deliver by UPS or FedEx. Most products are ready to ship within two days of placing your order. If an item is on backorder, there could be a 2-3 week delay.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is also available during checkout.

Tracking is not provided for wallpaper samples. It can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military addresses
  • US Wall Decor cannot guarantee arrival dates due to delays of the manufacturer or delivery carrier
  • Expedited shipping cost are non-refundable unless the order has not shipped
  • Report manufacturer defects within 24-48 hours of receipt (photo or supporting documentation required)
  • Report lost or damaged packages to the appropriate carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Missing or lost packages will be replaced, NOT refunded pending on the outcome of a courier investigation

Return Policy

Decorating can be tough... you want your space to be perfect! You may return or exchange it within 30-days. Items must be UNOPENED and in its original condition/packaging. If the item is in a condition that doesn't allow us to resell, we will not be able to process your exchange or return.

If you are unsure about a color or style, we highly recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order. Photos may vary from computer/device screen and this will save you time and money!

  • 20% restock fee (due to changes in color/run lots)
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the order has not shipped yet
  • 2 roll minimum return for wallpaper (It is recommended to keep one roll on hand due to discontinued or changes in dye lots)
  • Samples are non-refundable, non-returnable
  • Commercial wallpaper (sold in yards) is non-refundable, non-returnable due to custom cut lengths
  • We are not responsible for any damage or extra costs incurred during installation
  • Clearance or discontinued items are non-refundable, non-returnable
  • Report manufacturer defects within 24-48 hours of receipt (photo or supporting documentation required)
  • All sales final after 30 days

Rug / Pillow Returns

To ensure all products meet our hygiene standards, pillows are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.

We accept returns for rugs within 30 days as long as the rug is in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Please note the customer is considered responsible for any return shipping costs, but we typically recommend using a carrier like UPS or FedEx, as they are better equipped to handle larger items. Backorders & Exchanges

Occasionally, items will be on back-order or discontinued. In most cases, products are back in stock within a week or two, so if you are not in a hurry, we recommend waiting and your order will ship as soon as it's available. If you are on a tight schedule, we can work with you to find an alternative pattern/color that will work for your project.

If you don't like the color or pattern and want to exchange for a different color or pattern, let us know and we can work with you to avoid restock fees or additional charges.
