Decorating can be tough... you want your space to be perfect! That's why we try and make a return as easy as possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30-days.
- If you are unsure about color or style, we highly recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order. Photos may vary from computer screen and this will save you time and money!
- Unopened rolls of wallpaper may be returned within 30-days minus a 15% restock fee (per the manufacturer).
- Opened/hung rolls of wallpaper are non-returnable, non-refundable
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable
- Report damaged items within 24-48 hours of receipt
- All sales final after 30-days
How to start a return
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a "return authorization number".
- Pack items in their original shipping condition, you may use the box/bag it arrived in or another box of your choice.
- Write the "return authorization number" on the outside of the box.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Purchase will be refunded back to the original payment method once your return is received.
We try and get your order to you as fast as possible! A typical order can take 3-7 business days to deliver by FedEx or UPS. Most products are ready to ship within two days of placing your order. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the delay.
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all orders. Faster shipping is available during checkout.

- Tracking is not provided for wallpaper samples because they are shipped snail mail through USPS in a large envelope.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military addresses.
- US Wall Decor is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
Back-orders & Exchanges
Occasionally, items will be on back-order or discontinued. We do our best to notify you when this happens. In most cases, products are back in stock within a couple weeks, so if you are not in a hurry, we recommend waiting and your order will ship as soon as it's available. If you are on a tight schedule, we can work with you to find an alternative pattern/color that will work for your project.
If you don't like the color or pattern and want to exchange for a different color or pattern, let us know and we can work with you to avoid restock fees or additional charges.
