My package is lost or damaged

If your package arrived damaged or opened, inspect the contents and contact us immediately. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and some photos showing the damage.

If the tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, please contact us and the shipping carrier immediately to report a missing package. We will not issue a refund for lost, missing, or stolen packages. However, pending carrier investigation, we can replace the missing order.

Wallpaper is shrinking or falling

Everyone's walls are different. For example, paint, primers, wall textures, install techniques, and environment can play a big part in wallpapering. We do not guarantee wallpaper will adhere to your walls or ceiling. The more you stretch, move, or reposition the wallpaper, the more likely it will shrink or fall in places from being overworked.

For best results, clean, dry and smooth all surfaces. Peel and stick wallpaper will not adhere to unclean or textured surfaces. Think of a big sticker, the more you peel it off to adjust the less it will stick.

Manufacturer defects

This will happen from time to time. If you received a print flaw or damaged item from the manufacturer, we will gladly replace it.
